Check the abnormal ring of slewing bearing together with Suoda slewing bearing
When the excavator is turning under heavy load, it makes a quaking sound irregularly. It is necessary to use acoustic detector to check whether there is any abnormality in the outside diameter of rotary motor, rotary reducer shell and rotary gear ring, and the position where the sound is larger is in the rotary bearing gear ring. The pressure gauge is installed on the main pump. When the excavator is heavy duty, the hand swings, but when there is a sound, the pressure value decreases immediately.
The excavator is stopped in an open place, the boom and bucket rod are straightened, the bucket is about 1m from the ground, the engine is turned off, and the remaining pressure is removed. When the slewing bearing tubing is not removed, the fixing bolt on the slewing bearing is removed, and the motor is pulled out from the reducer, so that the motor spindle is separated from the sleeve of the slewing reducer and fixed after a short distance. Start the engine and manipulate the motor for rotary action. Because the rotary motor has been separated from the rotary reducer, the motor runs smoothly and has no abnormal sound when it is idling in positive and negative direction, which proves that the rotary motor is faultless and the motor can be separated from the excavator.
Push the bucket with manpower, make the excavator turn left and right, and judge whether the abnormal sound is issued from the rotary reducer or the position of the rotary bearing gear ring by the person on the plane. If there is abnormal noise in both positions, it is necessary to remove the reducer from the excavator and decompose it to check whether the spindle end bearing is damaged.
With manpower to push the bucket, excavator rotary ring still exists abnormal sound. Remove the gear ring of the slewing support, and observe whether the bottom layer of the rolling surface of the rolling disk is peeling off.
Send the slewing bearing gear ring to the repair shop. After grinding the raceway according to the enlarged ball size, re-fire. The repaired slewing bearing tooth ring can be installed on the excavator and the operation can be started.
